In my relaxation groups, we work together using methods that are scientifically validated and designed for sustainable impact:

– Guided imagery to promote inner calm and creativity
– Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) according to Jacobson, to regulate the nervous system
– Autogenic Training to strengthen self-awareness and resilience

These sessions offer you the opportunity to consciously reduce stress, reorganize your thoughts, and develop a deeper sense of inner peace.

– 35 €/30 minutes per person (from 3 participants) – fixed weekly sessions
