I started in other fields, worked in corporate environments, asked many questions, and searched for many answers. Along the way, I discovered where I truly belong: by the side of people, supporting them through their most difficult — and most transformative — moments.
Today, I work in Germany with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional blockages, and existential questions. Through online therapy, I create a space where you are not judged, but genuinely seen and understood. A session lasts 50 minutes and takes place exclusively ONLINE — in a safe, confidential, and empathetic setting. We focus on what matters most to you at that moment — without rushing, without pressure.
2. How often should I attend therapy?
Typically, a rhythm of weekly or biweekly sessions is recommended.We will discuss together what is realistic and most helpful for you, fully adapted to your personal pace.
3. Do I need to know exactly what my problem is?
No. Many people come with a vague sense of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clearly defined issue. We will explore together what is most important for you right now.
4. Can we address multiple topics at once?
Yes. Relationships, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, or life transitions — all of these can be woven together within the therapeutic process.
We work holistically, with you as a whole person, not by isolating “problem areas.”
5. Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions — especially when trust, structure, and connection are present. It also offers more flexibility and can be easier to integrate into your daily life, particularly for those with busy schedules.
6. What happens if I can’t attend a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, 50% of the session fee will be charged. Exception: In case of illness, the session can be rescheduled free of charge — a medical certificate is required.
7. What if I can’t afford the full fee?
In justified social cases, an adjusted fee is possible. You are welcome to suggest an amount that is realistic for you — based on mutual trust and respect.
